Food & Supplement Logs

These are exact logs of my food and supplement intake, picture and weight data and information on my general workout schedules. I didn't start logging my meals until the second month, so that's why there's no log for January 2003...

IMPORTANT: Before checking out my food logs, please read my Frequently Asked Questions page, especially the second question. In short, I made some mistakes early on. My early food logs are presented here for the sake of completeness, not as something to emulate.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no food logs from August 15, 2005 - December 31, 2006. This is because I was working with SwoleCat. As per his confidentiality agreement, I was not allowed to disclose my food intake while on his programs.

Due to popular request, as of January 1, 2007 I have resumed posting my complete diet and supplement intake! The logs will not be updated every day, but that's because daily updates won't be necessary. New logs will be posted any time changes are made to my diet or supplement intake.

You can also download my Excel spreadsheet. This is the same spreadsheet that I created to plan my meals. I also use it to generate the graphs and menus you see on this web page. I left my real data in there (up until 5/12/2003), so you can see how it works. Make a copy of it as soon as you download it and play around with it. Feel free to modify/enhance it and enter your own data. It's pretty rough, but it gets the job done.
